Shipping Information

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery Partners: We make use of trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery area.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Order Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your EGSA purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us immediately with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace or repair the product at no cost to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used products or damaged goods due to misuse) cannot be returned or exchanged.
